National Signing Day has come and gone. While several of the top recruits signed during the Early Signing Period in December, several more recruits waited until National Signing Day to commit or make it official.

Here’s the 2023 Pac-12 On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings, as of Thursday at 8 a.m.

1. Oregon (92.479)
1 five-stars | 17 four-stars | 11 three-stars | 31 total recruits
Top Commit: Palo Alto (Calif.) Menlo-Atherton wide receiver Jurrion Dickey, No. 28 in On3 Consensus
Summary: The Ducks missed out on five-star prospects Peyton Bowen and Dante Moore, as well as Nyckoles Harbor who chose South Carolina on National Signing Day, but the Ducks were able to close out the cycle with a win landing top-100 cornerback Rodrick Pleasant.

2. USC (91.774)
2 five-stars | 9 four-stars | 10 three-stars | 21 total recruits
Top Commit: Las Vegas (Nev.) Bishop Gorman Zachariah Branch, No. 4 in On3 Consensus
Summary: While the Trojans signed some solid defensive players like four-star linebacker Tackett Curtis, Lincoln Riley’s first full recruiting with the Trojans is full offense-heavy with several players ready to step on the field including three top-50 players in Branch, five-star quarterback Malachi Nelson and four-star wide receiver Makai Lemon.

3. Utah (89.042)
0 five-stars | 8 four-stars | 12 three-stars | 20 total recruits
Top Commit: Provo (Utah) Timpview interior offensive lineman Spencer Fano, No. 78 in On3 Consensus
Summary: The future of the Utes offensive line is bright signing Fano and four-star offensive tackle Caleb Lomu. While those two are Utah’s only signees in the top-150 and EDGE Hunter Clegg is ranked as the No. 168 prospect, this is by far the Utes’ best class over the last few cycles.

4. Washington (88.141)
0 five-stars | 7 four-stars | 13 three-stars | 20 total recruits
Top Commit: Sammamish (Wash.) Rainier Beach cornerback Caleb Presley, No. 200 in On3 Consensus
Summary: Improving upon last year’s No. 86 class wasn’t going to be hard but the Huskies exceeded all expectations landing just outside of the top-25 with three players ranked inside of the top-300.

5. UCLA (87.825)
1 five-stars | 2 four-stars | 12 three-stars | 15 total recruits
Top Commit: Detroit Martin Luther King quarterback Dante Moore, No. 3 in On3 Consensus
Summary: Moore’s flip from Oregon to UCLA was one of the biggest headlines of the 2023 recruiting cycle. Time will tell if Moore ends up as one of the best quarterbacks Chip Kelly has ever coached but his signing alongside four-star wide receivers Jeremiah McClure and Grant Gray bode well for the future.

6. Colorado (87.794)
1 five-stars | 3 four-stars | 16 three-stars | 20 total recruits
Top Commit: Lakeland (Fla.) cornerback Cormani McClain, No. 13 in On3 Consensus
Summary: Deion Sanders came to Boulder and instantly made an impact flipping McClain from his commitment to Miami and running back Dylan Edwards from Notre Dame. In the space of a few months Sanders built one of Colorado’s best classes in history.

7. Stanford (86.679)
0 five-stars | 0 four-stars | 17 three-stars | 17 total recruits
Top Commit: Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco cornerback Jshawn Frausto-Ramos, No. 401 in On3 Consensus
Summary: David Shaw’s departure also saw some of the program’s top commits also leave but the Cardinal were able to hold on to a top-50 class. Four-star quarterback Myles Jackson moved up from the 2024 class and gives Stanford its only quarterback signee in this class.

8. Arizona (86.417)
0 five-stars | 2 four-stars | 22 three-stars | 24 total recruits
Top Commit: Colorado Springs (Colo.) Vista Ridge quarterback Brayden Dorman, No. 358 in On3 Consensus
Summary: It may not be the No. 29 class they had in 2022 but the Wildcats were still able to put together a top-50 class headlined by Dorman who will be looked at as the quarterback of the future.

9. Arizona State (86.229)
0 five-stars | 1 four-stars | 20 three-stars | 21 total recruits
Top Commit: Pittsburg (Calif.) QB Jaden Rashada, No. 73 in On3 Consensus
Summary: Kenny Dillingham may have landed his quarterback in the future as Rashada announced his commitment to the Sun Devils on National Signing Day. Rashada’s decision ended one of the craziest recruitments this cycle.

10. Oregon State (86.145)
0 five-stars | 2 four-stars | 17 three-stars | 19 total recruits
Top Commit: Downey (Calif.) quarterback Aidan Chiles, No. 159 in On3 Consensus
Summary: Signing Chiles was the biggest win of this cycle for the Beavers as Chiles is ranked as a four-star prospect by all four major recruiting outlets and is No. 150 in the 2023 On300. Defensive lineman Kelze Howard could also contribute early.

11. Washington State (84.835)
0 five-stars | 0 four-stars | 23 three-stars | 23 total recruits
Top Commit: Grand Prairie (Texas) Keller Central safety Adrian Wilson, No. 946 in On3 Consensus
Summary: The Cougars fared well recruiting junior college prospects but struggled outside of that as their 2023 class is only one spot higher than they were in 2022.

12. California (83.717)
0 five-stars | 1 four-stars | 9 three-stars | 10 total recruits
Top Commit: Salinas (Calif.) wide receiver Nyziah Hunter, No. 322 in On3 Consensus
Summary: Maintaining Hunter was a win for the Golden Bears but they struggled to get anything else going this cycle falling 32 spots from where they were in 2022.
