The Clark County Sheriff's Office is asking for any witnesses or anyone with evidence to step forward in helping the investigation of a late-night shooting incident in Vancouver.
Police say that around 1:40 a.m. on February 2, the victim caught two suspects prowling vehicles in the parking lot of the Pebble Creek Garden Apartments at 5313 NE 66th Ave.
The victim confronted the two suspects, described as wearing all-black clothing and ski masks and riding skateboards, and that each suspect pulled out a gun and shot at the victim.
The victim was uninjured, but police and a K-9 Unit were unable to find the suspects. Deputies located a fired cartridge casing on the sidewalk.
