The National Weather Service has issued a WIND CHILL WARNING for Susquehanna & Northern Wayne counties from 7 AM Friday, February 3 until 12 PM Saturday, February 4. Very cold temperatures and strong winds will lead to dangerous wind chills (as low as -35F) and the risk of hypothermia and frostbite can occur in a matter of minutes if proper precautions are not taken.
