Kirstie Alley’s former home in Clearwater is now on the market for $5.95 million following the “Cheers” actor’s death in December.
The listing agent, Ray Cassano of Station Square Realty LLC, said the home is already under contract.
The home at 1100 N Oceola Ave. in Clearwater was listed for $5.95 million. It is already under contract, according to the listing agent.

Pinellas County property records show the home is currently owned by Alley’s trust.
