The Buffalo Bills season didn't end the way the coaches, the players, or the fans wanted it to.

The Bills who were preseason favorites to win the Super Bowl this season were bounced out of the playoffs in the second round at home against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Now the Bills are looking ahead to next season and will have to make some very tough decisions. They don't have a ton of cap space available to re-sign players and there are some very important players that will be free agents this off-season.

Outside of players, coaches on a winning team are usually cherry-picked by other teams for promotions on their team. Last year, the Bills lost their offensive coordinator Brian Daboll to the New York Giants.

This offseason, several Bills' coaches like Chad Hall and Ken Dorsey have already interviewed for jobs on other teams.

So to help calm the waters and get the ship pointed back in the right direction, towards winning a Super Bowl here in Buffalo, Bills' QB Josh Allen has issued a special message to all of the Bills Mafia.

This Bills' front office staff will need to earn their keep and make some moves that help elevate their game on both sides of the ball.

They will have holes to fill via free agency and through the draft.

Now if they can do their job and we know Josh can't wait for next season, a run to the Super Bowl should be on the horizon for the Bills.
