KINGSTOWN (WPRI) – On National Women and Girls in Sports Day, the URI women’s basketball team won a thriller at home, 77-72, in double overtime against St. Joe’s.
The Rams improved to 18-3, 9-0 in Atlantic 10 play with the win. Seven games remain on their schedule as they hunt a regular season championship.
