Oregon Women's basketball team is looking to bounce back after yet another tough loss on the road to a ranked team.
The Ducks are 1 - 5 against teams in the top 25 this year, and it doesn't get any easier from here.
Oregon is currently sitting in the 8th spot in the Pac-12 standings, with just 8 games left in the regular season.
The reason for the concern?
6 of those 8 opponents are ahead of the Ducks in those standings. That includes their next match-up against Colorado, who's lead by one of Head Coach Kelly Graves' former assistants.
Coach Graves said, "We want to beat them. I mean I love J.R. and always cheer for them when they're not playing us. But no, absolutely we need this game. We need to just, you know, play well, and see some positive success. And you know, we're certainly capable. We, just like I said, we just haven't found that consistency. We haven't made those big plays at the right time it seems like during stretches. And yeah, Colorado is going to challenge us in every phase."
The Ducks are two games behind the Buffaloes in standings, the two will tip-off against each other Friday night at 7 p.m. in Matthew Knight Arena.
