Man convicted in Clark County cold case killing from 1974

VANCOUVER, Wash. —
Suspected serial killer Warren Forrest was found guilty today of murder in the death of Martha Morrison.

Morrison's body was found in Clark County in 1974 but investigators didn't identify her until 2015.
In 2017, they used Morrison's DNA to link her to Forrest.
He was charged in 2020 with her murder.
Forrest is currently serving a life sentence for the murder of Krista Blake.
He's also accused of kidnapping and assaulting several other young women.
