[UPDATE 5:21 p.m.: Shelter in Place for Nearby Residents] Multiple Stabbing Victims Near Hayfork, CPR in Progress
The Trinity County Sheriff’s Department, fire personnel, and medical personnel as well are rushing to a crime scene where multiple people reportedly have been stabbed at a residence off of Wildwood Road near Hayfork.
A deputy on scene reported over the scanner, that one person has a laceration. One person is not breathing and CPR is in progress.
In addition, one person “covered in blood”, the suspect, is reported to be running from the residence where the stabbing occurred towards the creek. The deputy is at the scene relaying information over the scanner from three women who appear to have been witnesses.
The deputy reported that according to the women, the suspect, a white male adult, has a wound to his eye that may or may not be a stabbing injury.

UPDATE 5:21 p.m.: The Trinity County Sheriff’s Department is putting a “CODE RED” shelter in place for a half mile in all directions around the scene. We didn’t catch the parameters but will try to get them. Do not open the doors for anyone matching the description and not known to you.

Would be great to know if this is the Hwy 3 end of Wildwood or the Hwy 36 end of Wildwood.
Sounds like Barker creek is part of the shelter in place so that would be the Hwy 3 end of Wildwood.

He is running the creek by hwy three towards hayfork

My crystal ball says they won’t catch him and there might not be too many more updates because TC Sheriff Dept will be busy sweeping it under the rug because nobody snitches and the cops here are not trained well enough to actually hunt down south county folks. The very people that live off and of the land. Going to be a long night for the police. The people of Hayfork will be locked and loaded in case Mr Stabby-pants wants to f*ck around and find out.
They been looking for him for a year ,now he dose this. I personally have told the cops where and when they don’t care to do anything.
I am one of the three women mentioned and Aaron came up behind Jeff and surprised him from behind so he did not have a chance to grab anything like a gun and only had his knife.
