"It's free money, no strings attached, and they can get repairs such as replace their windows or maybe the air conditioning needs replaced, maybe they need to replace the roof."Your neighborhood: Local coverage from WPBF 25 NewsRamirez said the city also has a Housing Rehabilitation and Purchase Assistance Program."The housing rehabilitation program can go up to $95,000," Ramirez said.
