THE STORE. RELIEF IS HERE FOR SOME PEOPLE IN BOYNTON BEACH WHO NEED MONEY TO MAKE HOME REPAIRS OR TO HELP THEM BUY A HOME. AS ANGELA ROZIER REPORTS, THE CITY IS MORE THAN $1 MILLION TO HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO ADDRESS SOME OF THOSE NEEDS. HOMEOWNERS IN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH WHO ARE INCOME ELIGIBLE MAY NOW APPLY TO RECEIVE UP TO $25,000 FOR HOME REPAIRS. R.J. RAMIREZ IS THE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DIVISION MANAGER. SO FOR THOSE WHO ARE 62, YOUR OLDER OR YOU HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER, RIGHT, THAT IS DISABLED, THEY CAN GET IT AS A GRANT. IT’S FREE MONEY, NO STRINGS ATTACHED. AND THEY CAN GET HOME REPAIRS SUCH AS REPLACE THEIR WINDOWS OR MAYBE THE AIR CONDITIONING REPLACEMENT. OR MAYBE THEY NEED TO REPLACE THE ROOF. HE SAYS THE CITY ALSO HAS A HOME PURCHASE AND REHABILITATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. THE HOUSE INTERPRETATION PROGRAM CAN GO UP TO $95,000. SO AND THEN THAT ONE IS IT IS A SOFT LOAN IS A ZERO INTEREST ZERO MONTHLY PAYMENT. THE FAIR FORGIVABLE LOAN AT THE AT THE WHAT IT TERM A 15 YEARS. THE GOAL IS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR A NEED.
