Hillsboro Police arrested a murder suspect who is accused of killing a man found dead inside a vehicle in an Intel parking garage on Friday evening.
Steven Milner, 55, was arrested Tuesday in Clackamas County. He was charged in the murder of 56-year-old Kenneth Fandrich of Oregon City.
The investigation began on the evening of Friday, January 27 when Fandrich was found deceased in his vehicle in a parking garage near the Ronler Acres Intel campus, where he worked as a contractor.
While the cause of death remains under investigation, an autopsy confirmed Fandrich was murdered.

On Tuesday, January 31, Hillsboro Police detectives contacted Milner in Clackamas County and arrested him for murder.
Investigators say Milner has a stalking order prohibiting him from contacting Fandrich, and they uncovered “a history of problematic interactions between the two.”
Milner was booked into the Washington County Jail on second-degree murder and a violation of a court stalking protection order.
