Community star Joel McHale has joined the cast of Blue Bloods star Samuel Dunning's new movie, Tim Travers & The Time Traveler’s Paradox.
According to Deadline, Dunning stars as a broke but narcissistic scientist who has spent his life desperately trying to solve the paradox of what happens to your future self when you go back in time.
McHale will appear as a conspiracy theorist radio host who interviews Dunning about his work.
The forthcoming sci-fi comedy, which reportedly completed filming last month in Washington, also stars legendary actor Danny Trejo.

Trejo's character (who's described as the leader of a mercenary army) takes a shine to Dunning's.
The full-length movie will expand on director Stimson Snead’s award-winning short of the same name, which picked up multiple awards last year on the festival circuit.
Meanwhile, McHale will soon be stepping back in front of the camera for another project, as he recently revealed that the Community movie is set to begin filming this summer.
"We're making the Community movie in June," he told Jimmy Kimmel Live! last month.

The sitcom's creator Dan Harmon previously revealed the cast and crew were trying to get as many of the original stars back as possible for the movie. "I think that Donald [Glover] is coming, based on word of mouth, but it's just the deal isn't official or wasn't official," he told Variety.
"It would be difficult to really commit to doing this thing without Donald. So I believe he is coming back.
He added: "I think if there are names missing from a list, it's because the names that are on the list, their deals are agreed upon enough that it's OK to say they are on the list, and anybody that's not on a list, it's just not the case yet."
Community is available to stream via Netflix in the UK, and Netflix and Hulu in the US.
