Police asking for public’s help in identifying suspects in Central Lubbock robbery

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying four suspects and the vehicle they were driving in connection to a Central Lubbock robbery.

Just before 7 p.m. on Jan. 31, officers were called to the 4300 block of 23rd Street for reports of a robbery. Investigators say it appears three black men and one unknown man were in a light colored passenger car. Three armed, black men exited the passenger car and approached two victims as they were sitting in their car.

Police say the armed suspects robbed the victims and ran from the scene in the light-colored passenger car. One victim was assaulted during the robbery and taken to UMC with non-life threatening injuries.
