HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A school in Hollywood went into lockdown Wednesday morning for about 90 minutes after a shooting threat was called in, police say.

The Larchmont Charter School's Hollygrove campus, which serves TK-4 students, got a call around 10:30 a.m. from a man who said he was going to shoot children, according to LAPD.

The school, located at Waring and N. El Centro avenues, went on lockdown and police responded to the scene.

By noon, police cleared the scene and the lockdown was lifted with no threat found or injuries reported.

Also on Wednesday, two schools in La Crescenta were placed on lockdown.

Crescenta Valley High School was locked down shortly after noon as sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a suspicious backpack. La Crescenta Elementary was also locked down as a precaution.

Sheriff's deputies said there was no active threat at the school.
