Police have arrested and charged two suspects in connection to an East Baltimore shooting from November 2022 with one man killed.
Officials say on November 15, 2022, Donte Miller, 25, was shot in the 2600 block of E. Hoffman Street.
Miller was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Detectives eventually identified two suspects connected to this murder.
On December 12, 2022, Tyrone Fenner, 34, who was already in Central Booking for a handgun violation, was charged with First Degree Murder for Miller's death.
On Tuesday January 31, 2023 at approximately 5:00 p.m., members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested the second suspect, Clipper Jordan, 32, at a home on Force Road.
Jordan was transported to the Homicide unit where he was interviewed, and then to Central Booking where he has been charged with First Degree Murder and Conspiracy to Commit Murder.
Both Tyrone Fenner and Clipper Jordan are being held at Central Booking without bail, according to police.
