Jaden Rashada Arizona State football commitment reaction: 'Huge recruiting win' for ASU

Quarterback Jaden Rashada has committed to Arizona State and people are very happy about it.

The Arizona State football team landed a major commitment on National Signing Day on Wednesday when 4-star quarterback Jaden Rashada said he would play for Kenny Dillingham and the Sun Devils.

Social media reacted swiftly to the news of ASU landing the quarterback, who is the No. 6 QB prospect in the nation in the class of 2023, per 247Sports.

Rashada's father, Harlen, played at ASU between 1992 and 1994.

The 6-foot-4, 185-pound Jaden Rashada threw for 5,275 yards at Pittsburg (Calif.) High last season, with 59 touchdowns and 18 interceptions.

Reaction to Jaden Rashada's Arizona State football commitment:

ASU was ranked No. 46 in 247 Sports' overall team recruiting rankings for the class of 2023 (high school and transfers) before Rashada's commitment.

After his commitment, the Sun Devils jumped to No. 36 overall.
