We have to get through this next icy round, and then it's out of here! Many of us climb above freezing today, but we dip back below 32 tonight.
Freezing rain and sleet moves in from the south late today. This slowly lifts to the north tonight and tomorrow.
This is not a major ice storm for Oklahoma City, but there will be higher totals to the south. Our team of trackers will be out and bring you updates on roads and conditions.
The morning commute in the metro could be slick in spots especially the south metro. Northern Oklahoma City metro will see less amounts vs south. Some areas in southern OK could see .25" to .5" of ice.
This storm has slowed down some and will still impact your Thursday for a while. A wintry mix to a cold rain and then it ends!
Back to the 60s this weekend!
