Humboldt Allies for Substance Use Prevention (ASUP), a community coalition, will meet Wednesday, Feb. 8, from 3:30 – 5 p.m. via Zoom. The coalition supports alcohol and other drug prevention activities throughout Humboldt County. Community members are welcome to attend.
February’s coalition meeting will feature the 2023-2024 ASUP Chair elections and a conversation with RX Safe Humboldt about the Humboldt Harm Reduction Statement. Committee reports will give important updates about the coalition’s rebranding process, the proposed countywide Tobacco Retail Licensing ordinance (TRL), and social host ordinances in local jurisdictions.
