UPDATE: Broken Arrow police say both the driver and the passenger inside the SUV have died. They have been identified as 75-year-old Marji Cowles and 80-year-old Gloria Voss.
The driver of the truck has been identified as 33-year-old Patrick Ferm.
Police say he was arrested following the accident and charges are still pending.
The incident remains under investigation.

TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) -- Broken Arrow police have shut down Lynn Lane near Albany following a deadly crash Tuesday night.
Officers were called to the scene of a three-vehicle crash around 9:30 p.m.
Investigators said the driver of a truck was traveling southbound on Lynn Lane and crashed into an SUV traveling eastbound on Albany, pushing the SUV at least 100 yards into a mini van.
Police said there were two people inside the SUV and one of them was killed. They have not specified yet if it was the driver or passenger.
The conditions of the truck and minivan drivers are unknown at this time.
Officers said the driver of the truck was speeding. They have not said if the driver ran a red light or not.
All lanes of 9th Street will be shut down for several hours, according to police.
This is an ongoing investigation.
