Hochul to present 2024 fiscal budget

Gov. Kathy Hochul is expected to present the 2024 fiscal budget on Wednesday.
The presentation is scheduled for noon in the Red Room of the Capitol.
The 2023 budget focused primarily on health care, education and reducing the tax burden.
In her State of the State address, the governor spoke about housing, mental health support and bail reform.
