A trooper captured the crash on dashcam while sitting on I-40, one mile east of Vian in Sequoyah County.
OHP says the driver was ticketed for traveling at a speed not reasonable and proper for the road conditions at the time.
"The cable barrier did its job and probably saved some lives today," OHP said. "The posted speed limit is the limit for ideal conditions, not slick and hazardous."
OHP says the truck driver was not injured in the crash.
