Congress is the Constitutional check on corruption

Did Hunter Biden have access to the classified documents found in Joe Biden’s possession? With the discovery of classified documents at the President’s Delaware home, members of the GOP are starting to question if Hunter Biden had access to those documents. This could have huge implications on matters of National Security. Annie asked Former Chief Assistant for the United States Attorney, Andy McCarthy for his thoughts on the matter.

“He had motive and opportunity,” said McCarthy.

Though he did not confirm that Hunter Biden did have access to said documents, McCarthy did suggest that there is cause to investigate the matter further. McCarthy pointed out that Joe Biden was in possession of these documents during the timeframe that Hunter Biden was operating a lucrative business working with foreign interests while simultaneously battling drug addiction. But McCarthy also caution the GOP against making the investigations partisan, citing how the partisan nature of the J6 committee undermined its credibility. Listen to the audio above to hear the full interview.
