The city of Henderson will host a celebration for the 20th anniversary of its Multigenerational Center this Saturday.
The Henderson Multigenerational Center opened its doors in February 2003, the first facility of its kind in Southern Nevada.
The 84,000-square-foot facility has an indoor rock-climbing wall, three pools, a demonstration kitchen, a jogging track and more.

On average, it hosts more than 27,000 activities each year with more than 21,000 membership visits, according to the city.
City officials say on Saturday, Feb. 4, there will be several activities, prize giveaways, treats, rock climbing and open swimming at no cost.
The event is free and open to the public, and no registration is required.
The celebration will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Henderson Multigenerational Center is located at 250 S. Green Valley Parkway, just east of the Dollar Loan Center.
