Vin Diesel has given Fast & Furious fans a sneak peek of Michelle Rodriguez's return in the upcoming Fast X.

Set to hit cinemas in May, Louis Leterrier's film is a follow-up to 2021's F9 and will see many of the franchise's key players reprise their roles.

Diesel, who plays protagonist Dom Toretto, took to Instagram to share an image of Rodriguez as Dom's wife, Letty Ortiz, in a yard as she carries a plate.

"Happy creative Sunday…" Diesel wrote in the caption, adding: "Doing what you love is a blessing… doing it with the people you love… that's everything."

The Fast & Furious veteran has been providing regular updates on Instagram, unveiling images of his co-stars, much to the delight of fans. Earlier this month, he posted a behind-the-scenes picture with Game of Thrones' Jason Momoa as new villain Dante, while he also confirmed Helen Mirren's return as criminal mastermind Queenie last year.

As with the other films in the series, Fast X boasts a star-studded cast, having added several beloved household names to its huge ensemble.

Reacher's Alan Ritchson and The Suicide Squad's Daniela Melchior will also feature.
