EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders' Whitney Dean and Zack Hudson have had a difficult journey ever since the news of Whitney's pregnancy.
The couple will soon find out that the baby has Edwards' Syndrome, putting it at high risk. Recently, Zack's HIV diagnosis has prompted him to step back from helping with the pregnancy.
In this first look at next week's story, Zack begins to step up for the mother and unborn child... without confiding his important health news with Whitney.

Next week, Zack starts on his HIV medication, though feels guilty that he still hasn’t revealed his diagnosis with Whitney, who herself is reeling from the news about their baby's health.
Zack manages to convince Whitney to go to the hospital for more testing for the baby after getting words of reassurance, though while there he starts to suffer side effects from his medication.
Chelsea is suspicious that something is up with Whitney, who stays quiet on the situation with the baby when questioned in front of Finlay and Felix. Trying to lighten the mood, they put on a movie night for Whitney – though a visitor interrupts them.

Meanwhile, Zack is struggling to come to terms with the recent events, and breaks down in front of Sharon, who has grown increasingly worried about him.
Zack is still feeling ashamed about his HIV diagnosis, and while he isn’t able to bring himself to share this news with Sharon yet, he tells her about Whitney's recent Omphalocele diagnosis.

Drawing on her own experiences of being a parent, Sharon vows to support her brother and pushes him to fight for Whitney and the baby – this lightens the load for him.
Later on in the week, Whitney misplaces her scan photo at home and breaks down in front of Chelsea, revealing all. She is comforted by Chelsea, who shares words of advice.
Will Zack also continue to step up for Whitney, and will he finally tell the truth?
