Baltimore City Police released surveillance images of suspects they say were involved in the deadly shooting and crash that happened in Baltimore on Saturday.
The Department also confirmed the mother who was shot in the incident has also died, and identified her as Maya Morton, 23, of Baltimore.
The first victim, Gerald Fowlkes, 43, of Baltimore was pronounced dead at Saturday's scene.
According to Baltimore Police, a group of suspects returned fire after two men, including Fowlkes, were shot on Pennsylvania Avenue and Laurens Street in Upton at about 6:30 p.m. on January 28.
Maya Morton and her two children, who were sitting inside of their car while waiting for a take-out order, were caught in the line of fire, police say.
The mother was shot while attempting to drive-off.
