After weeks of anticipation, National Signing Day is nearly here. Dozens of recruits have already announced their decisions. However, some of the top uncommitted recruits in the country will reveal their college destinations later this week.

Here is where things stand with the recruitments of the nation’s best available prospects in the 2023 On3 Consensus, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

5-star ATH Nyckoles Harbor
On3 Consensus: No. 21
School: Washington (D.C.) Archbishop Carroll
On3 RPM: South Carolina 35.1%, Oregon 21.5%, Maryland 17.2%, Michigan 13.2%
On3 NIL Valuation$301K
The Skinny: Harbor, who is announcing his commitment on Feb. 1, took an official visit to Oregon last weekend. He has also taken officials to Maryland, Michigan and South Carolina. Coaches from those three schools, as well as Miami and Oregon, recently made in-home visits to Harbor and his family. Important factors in Harbor’s recruitment include the ability to play football and work towards being an Olympic-level track athlete, build a brand with his name and work with a caring coaching staff, according to On3’s Chad Simmons.

5-star TE Duce Robinson
On3 Consensus: No. 23
School: Phoenix (Ariz.) Pinnacle
On3 RPM: Georgia 67.1%, USC 23.1%, Texas 7.1%
On3 NIL Valuation: $209K
The Skinny: Right now, Georgia is in the lead for Robinson, with Texas and USC trailing behind the Bulldogs. However, Robinson is not expected to sign his National Letter of Intent on Feb. 1, according to On3’s Chad Simmons. Robinson — an All-American in both baseball and football — and his family have met with representatives from multiple MLB teams, one of the factors that may push his recruitment into the spring, per Simmons’ reporting. The Arizona native has taken official visits to Alabama, Georgia, Texas and USC.

4-star QB Jaden Rashada
On3 Consensus: No. 73
School: Pittsburg (Calif.)
On3 RPM: Miami 37%, Arizona State 29.7%, TCU 25.4%,California 2.6%
On3 NIL Valuation: $437K
The Skinny: Rashada was released from his National Letter of Intent with Florida less than two weeks ago. Since then, he has taken unofficial visits to Arizona State and TCU on back-to-back weekends. On3’s Chad Simmons that if Rashada decides to sign this week, it will be with the Horned Frogs or Sun Devils. Simmons shared that Rashada has a good connection with head coach Kenny Dillingham, who previously recruited him as Oregon‘s offensive coordinator. However, TCU is making a strong push, as new offensive coordinator Kendal Briles reportedly visited Rashada before his trip to Fort Worth.

4-star CB Rodrick Pleasant
On3 Consensus: No. 98
School: Gardena (Calif.) Junipero Serra
On3 RPM: USC 52.8%, Oregon 39.6%, UCLA 2.3%, California 1.9%, Boston College 1.5%
On3 NIL Valuation: $109K
The Skinny: Pleasant will be announcing his commitment on Feb. 1 and choosing between Boston College, California, Oregon, UCLA and USC. According to On3’s Chad Simmons, it is a two-team battle for Pleasant between the Ducks and the Trojans. Both schools, as well as his three other finalists, received official visits from the California native. Pleasant plans to run track in college, which Simmons believes will be a part of his decision.

4-star TE Walker Lyons
On3 Consensus: No. 119
School: Folsom (Calif.)
On3 RPMGeorgia 55.9%, Stanford 38.8%, USC 1.5%
On3 NIL Valuation$78K
The Skinny: Lyons decommitted from Stanford after head coach David Shaw stepped down. According to On3’s Chad Simmons, it is a race between BYU, Georgia, USC and Utah for his commitment. All four schools, as well as Stanford, have received an official visit from the California native. Lyons will not join a school’s football program until the 2024 season, since he is serving his LDS mission in Norway.

4-star OT Chimdy Onoh
On3 Consensus: No. 207
School: Dundalk (Md.)
On3 RPMPenn State 96.5%
On3 NIL Valuation$9K
The Skinny: Onoh decommitted from Old Dominion on Dec. 15. He proceeded to announce a top four of Michigan State, Ole Miss, Penn State and Rutgers in January. All four of Onoh’s finalists have received an official visit, with the Rebels getting the most recent one last weekend. However, Penn State is trending late.

4-star LB Andrew Harris
On3 Consensus: No. 274
School: Altamonte Springs (Fla.) Lake Brantley
On3 RPMMaryland 80.9%, UCF 4.6%
On3 NIL Valuation$13.7K
The Skinny: Harris and his brother, four-star linebacker Michael Harris, both decommitted from UCF on Dec. 18. Maryland has been the school trending as of late. If the Terrapins can land the Harris brothers, along with other top targets like five-star athlete Nyckoles Harbor, it could be a sign of good things to come in College Park. However, Chad Simmons reported that UCF is not out of the race for their commitments.

4-star LB Michael Harris
On3 Consensus: No. 344
School: Altamonte Springs (Fla.) Lake Brantley
On3 RPMMaryland 80.9%, UCF 4.6%
On3 NIL Valuation$13.6K
The Skinny: Harris decommitted from UCF alongside his brother, four-star linebacker Andrew Harris, in December. It seems they will be a package deal for a college program. Right now, Maryland is the school to watch for their pledges. The Harris brothers took an official visit to the Terrapins on the weekend of June 4. Per Chad Simmons, UCF is still a team to watch for their commitments.

3-star DL Jonathan Davis
On3 Consensus: No. 443
School: Monticello (Miss.) Lawrence County
On3 RPM: Mississippi State 61.2%, Ole Miss 37.2%, Coastal Carolina 1.5%
On3 NIL Valuation: N/A
The Skinny: Davis has taken official visits to Mississippi State, Ole Miss and Coastal Carolina this month. The Bulldogs got the most recent one on Jan. 27. Keeping Davis in-state would be a big win for head coach Zach Arnett and his staff.

3-star IOL William Spencer
On3 Consensus: No. 453
School: Louisville (Ky.) New Albany Senior
On3 RPMKentucky 96.3%, Louisville 2.9%
On3 NIL Valuation$9.4K
The Skinny: Kentucky currently holds a commanding lead for Spencer’s commitment. He took an official visit to the Wildcats on the weekend of Jan. 21 and received an in-home visit from tight ends coach/recruiting coordinator Vince Marrow on Jan. 16. Spencer played his senior year of high school football in Indiana, so getting him back in-state for his college football career would be a big win for Kentucky and head coach Mark Stoops.

3-star DL Jamel Howard
On3 Consensus: No. 1,036
School: Chicago Marist
On3 RPM: Wisconsin 55.6%, Michigan 34.9%, Miami 5%, LSU 2.7%, Illinois 1.3%
On3 NIL Valuation: $5.9K
The Skinny: Howard decommitted from Wisconsin on Nov. 17. Since then, he has taken official visits to Illinois, LSU, Miami and Michigan. The Hurricanes got the most recent one last weekend. Even though the Wolverines have been trending for Howard’s pledge since late in the fall, it seems the Badgers are making a strong push late to get Howard’s pledge back.
