Sir Jim Ratcliffe was interested in buying the whole of Chelsea football club last year, now he's settled for his club Nice being interested in one of their players.
David Datro Fofana is someone OGC Nice would like to bring in on loan until the end of the season, and it is something Chelsea would be open to.
Fofana is not expected to get much first-team action this season, and a loan may help his development.

According to Santi Aouna of FootMercato, OGC Nice are interested in taking David Datro Fofana on loan until the end of the season.
The negotiations between the two clubs are ongoing and it's definitely a deal that could happen before the window closes.
Nice are not the only club with interest in Fofana, with Bayer Leverkusen also admiring the player. Chelsea have a good relationship with Leverkusen and one of their players Callum Hudson-Odoi is already on loan there.
Fofana is not expected to get much game time this season due to the influx of attacking talent Chelsea have signed.
The club have always viewed the Ivorian as a player for the future and it is likely on their minds that a loan deal would help his development going forward.
A deal is yet to be agreed but as the minutes tick down until the end of the window it is certainly a deal to look out for.
