3h agoA Hicksville man is accused of threatening a group of people with a gun in Bethpage.
Police say Kyle Gritser, 19, was waving the weapon from his car and "menaced" four men in another vehicle.
Officials say the victims were between the ages of 18 and 21. They say the incident happened on Old Country Road around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Gritser is facing several charges, including menacing.
Gritser was previously released without bail in May 2022 after he was arrested for criminal possession of an assault weapon and a loaded firearm
