According to Ben Jacobs on Twitter, a plane from Farnborough in London has landed in Lisbon. The plane is reportedly full of a delegation from Chelsea to secure the signing of Enzo Fernandez.
The deal is now extremely likely to be closed in the coming hours, with Chelsea extremely confident that Enzo Fernandez will be their player.
€130million is the price tag that has reportedly been agreed, and Benfica are thought to be ready to accept that fee and finally close a deal that has been ongoing for the whole month.

The club secretary at Chelsea is currently preparing the paperwork for the Enzo Fernandez, and if the agreement can be made between the two clubs the player will fly back to London to undergo a medical.
The deal is now in it's final stages, and Chelsea being in London is a big signal that the deal will be agreed in the next few hours.
