The Tulsa Police Department has arrested a woman after she allegedly stole Fireball, exposed herself to a cashier, and assaulted a stranger.
On Jan. 27 just before 7 p.m., officers were called to a convenience store near 61st and Mingo for a larceny report.
Multiple witnesses say they saw a woman, later identified as Marlene Whitehorse, walk into the store and act strange.
Witnesses told police Whitehorse grabbed two Fireball malt beverages and attempt to leave.
The cashier asked her if she planned to pay for those and Whitehorse began screaming at him.
According to the clerk, Whitehorse continued yelling, walked to the register, and exposed her breasts to him.
She allegedly began yelling at a woman who was in the checkout line and assaulted her.
When TPD arrived, they saw Whitehorse walking nearby.
Police say she was stumbling when walking and slurring her words. She admitted to officers she had been drinking.
Whitehorse also admitted to police that she stole the fireball and she was taken into custody.
Whitehorse was arrested for indecent exposure, petit larceny, assault and battery, public intoxication, and obstruction with a police officer.
