Multiple previous felonies, including a 16 year olds drug based death.
Let’s see if he is ‘out by lunch’. (Let’s hope not.)

Are you referring to the young Russian girl that died In Fortuna? I heard he was one of the last to be around her, before they dumped her off? Or are you referring to a different girls death?

Thanks progressive idiot Gruesome Newsom for putting these criminals back on the streets. It’s time to take crime seriously. Thanks also to all those who voted this scumbag into office. It’s time for change. That change doesn’t include Newsom and his loser cronies. It doesn’t include our failing criminal justice system with our do nothing DA office, sold out judges and refusal by law enforcement agencies (like Epd for example) who are reaction based instead of proactively patrolling. There are large cities where the active patrol experiments have reduced crime by huge percentages, yet our own EPD, who actually received a grant for increased patrolling hasn’t even started yet. I wish someone in a position of actual control or at least great influence would stand up and get a change started. But, according to the progressive movement, the criminals deserve more rights than law abiding citizens.

I sometimes think about if we had a republican governor. Then I remember what red states are like and, NOPE. I’m not real happy with the way the country or the world, for that matter, is going. But I don’t think Gilliad approach is warranted either

I sometimes think about what would happen if someone was elected based on being honest and ethical, full of integrity, not by what party they are affiliated with. It’s clear that to the vast majority of Californians those qualities are of absolutely no importance. It’s also clear by our current White House the major players nationally don’t care about these qualities either. That includes news reporters, Hollywood stars, the athletic community, most educational institutions and the list goes on.

Sanctuary State status is unconstitutional, illegal and dangerous. Our nation’s biased and corrupt lame stream media, excluding The Redheaded Black Belt, is the propaganda arm of the democrat party.

Quick quiz: name the propaganda arms of the R party. (It’s pretty easy, although one of them may go broke after paying out over a billion dollars for lying and calling it “news.”)

The only possible way to effect change, enforce laws, take back our streets and reignite the economy is to vote republican across the board, in 2024. Or prepare for more of the same…

What ridiculous hyperbole – where does anyone claim “criminals deserve more rights than law abiding citizens”? This tired rant about the governor being responsible for crime does not hold water. Humboldt county is being bled to death by its drug culture, something that cuts straight across the political divide. Take a hard look at your community before trying blame the boogie man.

The Governor is the one who ordered catch and release. That is 100% on his incompetent ass. The refusal by the do nothing DA office in Humboldt to prosecute drug crimes has been a problem for the last 3 DAs. It’s also because of the idiots who vote to reduce drug crimes. Then it’s the BOS and Sheriff who want to blame the problem on other counties instead of just doing their jobs. As far as criminals having more rights, look no further then mental health providers who do everything they can to give a psychoanalysis as to why criminals aren’t responsible for their actions, thus robbing the innocent crime victims, leving them with nothing but seeing the criminals set free.

That should read, criminals receive more benefits and entitlements, than law abiding citizens. Our state is a complete disaster because the democrats have had un uber majority in Sacramento, for 5 decades. So you know where to place the blame, for California’s many problems….Newsom is leading the way, to the ethical and moral bottom.

Oh, no. The moral bottom was plumbed between 2016 and 2020. It ain’t over yet and you may just get your wish in 2024. THEN we’ll see a downhill slide that only benefits the chosen few. Ya. America is headed down a dangerous track and the minions are shoveling coal as we approach a pretty tight turn. It ain’t gonna end well.

You should move to Florida. God’s gift to conservatives. Death penalty, huge prisons, militarized police state willing to plant evidence or just start shooting…hardcore DA’s who will always go for the stiffest sentence, judges who throw the book. No crime anywhere, clean streets and even stand your ground!

Yeah right, that crap hole State has guys like this by the trailer load and meth heads who chew off people’s faces! The scum of the earth aren’t deterred by a police state.

The myth of law and order in conservative American!

Move to Florida but just don’t leave your gated community.

It obtuse, to refer to beautiful and wide open Florida as God’s gift to conservatives. In Florida it’s warm and sunny all the time. After all, they do call it the Sunshine State.
Florida has lots of beaches, I love going to the beach.
Florida has golf courses everywhere.
Florida has lots of theme parks. Disney, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens and more, wow.
Florida doesn’t have a personal state income tax. More money stays in my pocket and one less tax return to to hassle with.
I always have a great time while vacationing in Florida, it must be a great place to live.
In Florida, you can grow oranges and grapefruit in your own yard.
I won’t have to shovel snow anymore.
Florida has palm trees. I love when I see the palm trees as I drive into Florida.
I can swim all year, I’m going to get a home with a pool!
Did I say it’s warm and sunny all the time yet?
In Florida, I can bike, play golf, tennis, etc. year-round.
They don’t like shutdowns or mandates in Florida (currently), I can be free (this can be a pro or con depending upon your perspective).
In Florida, my home will increase in value every day.
There are real estate tax breaks available for residents that own their home.

Another Chump. Penalties for Chumps need to be increased. It needs to be legislated to increase penalties for these types of felonies. Put your writing to good use by contacting the legislatures involved. And tell THEM about it! Blaming folks who have nothing to do with legislation is like yelling at a rock. So go and yell at those who can actually do something about it.
