Gemma Atkinson has shared names she and fiancé Gorka Márquez are considering for her second baby.

The former Hollyoaks star and the Strictly pro dancer are expecting a baby boy. They already share daughter Mia, born in 2019.

In a Q&A with fans on her Instagram Stories, Atkinson explained they haven't decided on a name just yet, but it will definitely be a Spanish one.

"Not yet but it will deffo be Spanish," Atkinson wrote on her social platform.

"'Mia' means 'mine' in Spanish and if this one was a girl it was going to be 'Vida', as that means 'life'," she continued.

"Obv together they'd be 'my life' but boys' names are harder. It's the pronunciation, for example, Theo in Spain is pronounced Tao, so it can be complicated."

The actress opened up on being pregnant again in a recent Instagram post, saying she couldn't hide her baby bump any longer.

"Our baby boy will be joining our family later this year," she captioned pictures of her, Márquez and Mia in black and white.

"We feel so incredibly blessed and Grateful to be on this journey again.

"Mia is absolutely thrilled! Although we may need to do some negotiating on names, as so far she's adamant he's going to be called Barbie."

Atkinson and Márquez met on Strictly in 2017. At the time, the model took part in the dance contest with professional dancer Aljaž Škorjanec, reaching the final. Márquez was partnered with singer Alexandra Burke.

That year, the series was won by Holby City star Joe McFadden and pro dancer Katya Jones.

Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
