EastEnders star Gurlaine Kaur Garcha is leaving the soap after three years, Digital Spy can reveal.
Gurlaine's character Ash Kaur is being written out of the BBC One soap and will make her final appearance later this year.
Last week, Gurlaine sparked speculation over her future on EastEnders by posting new casting headshots on her Instagram page.
She also confirmed that she'd signed up with new representatives, telling fans: "Excited for what's to come."

Digital Spy understands that Gurlaine is still filming for EastEnders, but will shoot her final scenes at a later date.
An EastEnders spokesperson told us: "We can confirm that Gurlaine will be leaving EastEnders, and we wish her all of the best for the future."
Exact details of the timing for Gurlaine's on-screen departure haven't been revealed yet. Her exit storyline is also currently being kept under wraps.
Gurlaine joined EastEnders in 2019, making her first appearance in the show in August that year. She took an on-screen break in 2022, bowing out at the start of the year and returning in June.

EastEnders bosses extended the Panesars last year by bringing in family patriarch Nish, played by Navin Chowdhry. Aaron Thiara also joined the cast as Ravi Gulati, Nish's son.
Meanwhile, Jaz Singh Deol left his role as Kheerat Panesar late last year. His departure was confirmed after his final episode aired in November, showing Kheerat falsely take the blame for the murder of Ranveer Gulati.
