After a series of complaints of criminal activity, the Carlisle Police Department (CPD) began an investigation into a home on the 100 block of N. East Street.
Police say a search warrant was filed on Jan. 12 by several law enforcements.
According to authorities, prescription pills, marijuana, a stolen gun and a large amount of drug paraphernalia was taken from the home. In addition to this, police say the conditions within the home led to the Carlisle Borough Codes Department condemning the house.
Due to the findings from the search warrant and weeks of investigations, the CPD has filed charges against the following:
- Todd Warner, 52, of Newville
- Ellen Bitner, 65, of Carlisle
- Alexandria Roberson, 37, of Carlisle
- Barry Monismith, 32, of Carlisle
- Amanda Nicholson, 40, of Carlisle
- Alicia Renaut, 33, of Carlisle
- Michael Highlands, 30, of Carlisle
In addition to these charges, CPD officials followed through on a report after Comfort Suites staff suspected drug activity where one of the suspects, Todd Warner, was found in a rented room.
Police say the investigation then turned into another search warrant being filed which led to suspected crack cocaine, heroin, marijuana, prescription pills and more drug paraphernalia being seized by police.
More charges were filed against Warner and Samantha Reeder, 32, of Carlisle and Amanda Miller, 25, of Carlisle were also charged.
