A woman is in the hospital after being wounded in a West Dallas shooting early Monday.
Just before 1:30 a.m. Dallas police say someone opened fire on the woman's home on Navaro Street near Fort Worth Avenue and I-30.
The woman was wounded in the leg and Dallas police did first aid until paramedics arrived to rush her to the hospital. Her condition has not been released.
Police don't know who fired the shots or why.
