Shallotte Police Department safely locates missing man

SHALLOTTE, N.C. (WECT) - The Shallotte Police Department has announced that they have found Raymond Morrison Thatcher.
Per the release, Thatcher was safely located on Feb. 3
Previously, it was reported that Thatcher was last seen leaving his residence on foot in Shallotte on Jan. 16.
