A suspect is in custody after an incident with Tulsa County Deputies near Berryhill High school. Deputies say they were called to a home near the school on Monday where someone was shooting at a car with a victim inside. While deputies were surrounding the house a school employee spotted the suspect, Daniel Lorta, walking through the parking lot of the high school. TCSO says deputies raced over to the school and found Lorta and took him into custody after a short chase through a nearby field. Deputies also found a gun that they say Lorta was carrying.

No one was injured Monday after some kind of road rage incident ended with shots being fired, according to Tulsa Police. Police said a woman was driving near 5700 S Skelley Drive in Tulsa when another driver blocked her car, got out, and fired a shot at her. Police say the shot missed the car and no one was hurt. Police are still searching for evidence.

Four people, including a student, were taken to the hospital on Monday after a Union school bus was involved in a crash near 41st and Mingo. Tulsa Police say a student and an aid on the bus were taken to the hospital, as well as two people in the other vehicle.

Police were called to the scene of an early-morning rollover crash Monday in Tulsa. The crash happened near East 81st Street and South Mingo Road at around 1 a.m. Police have not said what caused the driver to lose control, but officers said they were not seriously hurt in the crash.
