ANYTHING FOR OTHERS GATHERED BY CANDLELIGHT AT THE LOSS OF 24 YEAR OLD TIMOTHY PAUL ELLIOTT IS SIMPLY TOO MUCH FOR HIS MOTHER TO BEAR. SO WAS LOVE SO MUCH PLAY WHY HE WAS. AN ACTIVE MENTOR TO YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY AND A TAEKWONDO STANDOUT. HIS FAMILY SAYS THE MANCHESTER NATIVE HAD A PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS. HE INSPIRED EVERYBODY JUST LOVES HIM. BUT EARLY SATURDAY MORNING, HIS LIFE WAS CUT SHORT WHEN POULIOT WAS KILLED IN A SHOOTING ON OLD GRANITE STREET AFTER POLICE SAY THERE WAS A DISPUTE AT THE GOAT BAR IN MANCHESTER. IT WAS LIKE A DREAM. IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE WHY HE’S NOT HERE. AND HE DIDN’T DIE ALONE. HE WAS ARMED AND HE. WAS HERE. HIS LOVED ONES SAY HE WANTED TO INSPIRE OTHERS. HE WOULD SPEAK ABOUT POSITIVITY AND GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT AND JUST BEING THE BEST SELF YOU CAN BE. AND ABOVE ALL, HE WAS DEVOTED. HIS TWO YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, ARABELLA. HE JUST WANTED TO HOLD HER AND BE WITH HER. AND HE LOVED HER. THE ALLEGED SHOOTER, 22 YEAR OLD JOHN DALZIEL FROM SALEM, HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH SECOND DEGREE MURDER. BUT NOW HIS DEVASTATED FAMILY HAVE BEEN LEFT TO WONDER WHY THIS HAPPENED AT ALL. PUT THE GUN DOWN. WHY DID SO MUCH LOVE TO HEAR HIM? SO MUCH LOVE HERE? For 24-year-old Timothy Pouliot's mother, Michelle, the loss of her son, is simply too much to bear."Why did they have to take him?" His mother, Michelle Pouliot, asked through tears.Early Saturday morning, the Manchester native's life was cut short, when he was shot outside a bar, following a dispute at The Goat Bar and Grill, according to investigators.Pouliot had a passion for helping others, according to his family, and he loved Taekwondo and mentoring children."It's like a dream — it doesn't make sense why he's not here," his father, Alan Pouliot, said."He inspired everybody. Everybody loved him," Michelle added.On Saturday, dozens of friends and family members gathered by candlelight in Manchester to remember Pouliot's life. "There's so much love here ... one person can have an impact on a community," Alan Pouliot said as he looked around at the crowd.Pouliot's family has been left devastated by the shooting, telling News 9 they simply do not understand what could have transpired on Saturday that could have caused such violence to occur.The suspected shooter, John Delee, 22, of Salem, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, according to the New Hampshire Attorney General's Office."Put the guns down," Michelle Pouliot said. As they mourn their son, his family said they hope the 24-year-old will be remembered for all the kindness he put forth within the community and towards those he loved."He would speak about positivity, growth and development and just being the best self you can be," said Kiara Mckenzie.

Early Saturday morning, the Manchester native's life was cut short, when he was shot outside a bar, following a dispute at The Goat Bar and Grill, according to investigators.
