HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- The Cy-Fair Fire Department responded to an active scene on Saturday reportedly involving a pedestrian that was hit, deputies said.

After 7:30 p.m., Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to an incident on FM 1960 and Jones Road involving a car and a person.

The driver who was involved stayed at the scene, officials said.

When crews arrived, it was determined that Life Flight was a better option for the victim to be transported, HCSO said.

Officials said that the person's condition is unclear as the incident is under investigation.
