The most popular is obviously having the Bills Shout Song play at the wedding, typically starting the dancing off. It's guaranteed to get people moving early.

What about catering, though?

Buffalo Eats, which highlights and showcases tons of great food and restaurants in Western New York, revealed a wedding last night had a late-night Mighty Taco catering.

It looks glorious.

The second dinner or late-night food service is very popular now. I was recently at a wedding which put out burgers and fries, halfway through dancing. It's a huge hit. We had a full-service ice cream bar at our wedding for the late night portion of the food service.

Mighty Taco is such a Buffalo thing for a wedding. What an amazing idea. Has anyone else ever seen this before at a wedding they've been to?
