OPD safely locates missing man

ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) - Update: The Odessa Police Department reported this afternoon that Daquann Allen has been safely located.

Original Story: Odessa Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Daquann Allen, 34 years of age, was last seen at 7 a.m. in the 1800 block of West 24th Street.

Allen has forearm crutches and was last seen wearing a gray shirt and jeans.

He is 6′1″ tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds.
