The NOPD is investigating a shooting in the 1800 block of S. Rampart Street. An 18-year-old male was grazed by a bullet to the leg. A 65-year-old woman hurt her ankle trying to get out of the way, but she was not shot.The call was received at 5:02 p.m. and confirmed at 5:18 p.m.No further information is available at this time.
