Around 6:20 p.m., Scottsdale police were called to a shooting at a nightclub near Drinkwater Boulevard and Indian School Road. Officers found one person with gunshot wounds. They were taken to a hospital in critical condition.

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -- Phoenix police are investigating after a bicyclist was struck by a car early Monday morning, just off the Loop 101 in north Phoenix. According to Sgt. Melissa Soliz, officers were called out around 12:30 a.m. to the area of Cave Creek and Beardsley roads, not far from the off-ramp of the Loop 101 freeway on reports of a crash. Officers arrived and found that a bicyclist suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car that took off from the scene.

Just before midnight, Glendale police were called to a shooting near 67th and Glendale Avenues. Officers arrived and found two teen girls, ages 13 and 17, with gunshot wounds. They were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. Both are expected to survive.

Phoenix police say the 15-foot spoon was taken sometime between the night of March 24 and the early morning of March 25.

Around 9 a.m., Phoenix police were called to a shooting at a house near 43rd Avenue and Glendale Road. Officers arrived and found a man, later identified as 59-year-old Kenneth McNie, with a gunshot wound. McNie was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Tempe Police Department put out a news release with few details. Officers wouldn’t say who was arrested or how many suspects but said they couldn’t release any more information “to maintain the integrity of this investigation.” Tempe police teamed up with the U.S. Marshals Service task force to make the arrests. “Our investigators are continuing their painstaking efforts, remaining laser-focused on finding justice for the victims and their families,” the release said.
