The following cases were heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Jan. 15 with Judge Jodi L. Williamson presiding:

Falconer R. Bellefy, 27, Owatonna, previously appeared and was convicted of felony theft and possession of marijuana. Bellefy was sentenced to $1,155, 15 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, chemical dependency evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, mental health evaluation, cognitive skill training, 100 hours of community service and 4 years of supervised probation.

Chad R. Cordie, 41, Hayfield, previously appeared and was convicted of felony damage to property and misdemeanors domestic assault, violation of no contact order and DWI. He was sentenced to $1,155, 29 days in county jail, chemical dependency evaluation, mental health evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, cognitive skill training, domestic abuse evaluation, 100 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.

Robert V. Morgan, 39, Rochester, previously appeared and was convicted of felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana. Morgan was sentenced to $655, 80 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, chemical dependency evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, mental health evaluation, cognitive skill training, 50 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.

Missing Person: Deputies assisted with a missing person in the 300 block of 2^nd St. NE in Hayfield at 3:37 p.m.

Environment: At 8:43 a.m., a dumping incident occurred at 640^th St. and 130^th Ave. in Claremont.

Fire: Deputies responded to a brush pile fire in the 700 block of 3^rd Ave. NW in Dodge Center at 2:03 p.m.

Harassment: At 9:03 p.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 100 block of 5^th St. SW in Dodge Center.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 8:10 p.m.

Jan. 15

Disturbance: At 4:18 p.m., a disturbance occurred at U.S. Hwy. 14 and State Hwy. 57 in Kasson.

Fraud: Deputy took a fraud report in the 400 block of 1^st St. NW in Hayfield at 11:07 p.m.

Jan. 16

Weapons: Deputies responded to a weapons incident in the 11600 block of State Hwy. 30 in Blooming Prairie at 6:32 p.m.

Jan. 17

Harassment: At 2:36 p.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 800 block of Hwy. St. W. in Dodge Center.

Suspicion: Officers responded to suspicious activity on Main St. W. at 1:37 p.m.

Larceny: At 1:39 p.m., a shoplifting incident occurred at Hardware Hank.

Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 100 block of 11^th St. NE at 7:46 a.m., on 2^nd Ave. NW at 7:06 p.m. and the 2000 block of Mantorville Ave. N. at 11:57 p.m.

Noise: Police received a noise complaint from the 600 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 12:09 a.m.

Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 1400 block of 7^th Ave. SE at 1:05 a.m. and the 2000 block of Mantorville Ave. N. at 8:46 a.m.

Missing Person: Police assisted with a missing person in the 800 block of Westfield Court NW at 10:29 a.m.

Harassment: At 10:53 a.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 100 block of 11^th St. NE.

Vape: At 1:41 p.m., a student had a vape at K-M High School.

Jan. 17

Welfare: Officer conducted a welfare check on Crown Ave. at 7:46 a.m.

Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 500 block of 12^th Ave. NE at 9:19 a.m.
