Firefighters were dispatched to 43 Boltin Street around 3:45 p.m., according to fire officials on scene.

“Crews got here and made an aggressive attack on the interior,” said David Grubb, district chief.

Video and images from the scene show damage to the rear-end of the house.

Officials say the fire started in the rear of the house.

Firefighters were slowed by the house being board up.

“They found some large pieces of furniture blocking doors,” Grubb told News Center 7. “It took a while and made it more difficult. We had some high wind conditions for a period.”

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
