THE FIFTH ANNUAL WINTER FESTIVAL IS BACK IN CONCORD. SOME OF NEW ENGLAND’S BEST ICE CARVERS WILL HAND CARVED SCULPTURES AT THE STATEHOUSE UNTIL 9:00. AND DON’T FORGET ABOUT TOMORROW’S MAIN EVENT STARTING AT 11. TOP TIER CARVERS WILL FLOCK TO MAIN STREET FOR AN ICE CARVING COMPETITION. THE AFTERNOON IS FILLED WITH FESTIVITIES. AFTERWARD. KIDS AND YOU CAN FIND A FULL ACTIVITY LIST AT IN-TOWN CONCORD. HEAD TO CANTERBURY SHAKER VILLAGE FOR THE FIRST NIGHT. THE DELTA DENTAL SNOW OR NO EGO TRAIL SERIES. THE RACE IS GIVE SNOW SHOWERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO HIKE, JOG OR RUN THROUGH THE VILLAGES TRAIL SYSTEM. EACH RACE IS BETWEEN TWO AND FOUR MILES AND THE RACES START AT TEN. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Head to Canterbury Shaker Village for the first night of the Delta Dental "Snow or No, We Go" Trail series.

The races give snowshoers the opportunity to hike, jog or run through the village's trail system.

Each race is between 2 and 4 miles.

The races start at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Hooksett Winter Carnival

Don't forget about the Hooksett Winter Carnival!

Come by Saturday for some music, food and fun for all ages.
