Here's a snap shot of forecasted wind gusts around midnight. There will be a few hours where gusts will be between 25-35 mph in the area especially West of Rochester.
The coldest weather of the winter so far will reach the Northeastern portion of the US next week. Large Arctic high pressure will help throw temperatures well below average. A chunk of below zero air will loiter North and near the Canadian border. If we clear out enough some of those nights next week, a few towns may fall to near zero.
