However, you will first need to find the username of your target - which 'requires some good stalking skills.'

Another user by the name of farisdaries shared a video of what they found out while snooping on their crush.
The caption on the clip describes how his crush recently made a new playlist titled 'Since you want it so bad' that includes songs by Mac Dmarco, Burno Major and Daniel Caesar.
The video's description reads: 'They be listening to cure r&b it should have been me,' which suggests their crush has another lover in mind.
A commenter on the video shared that they also snooped on someone's profile.
'bruh the guy i talked to last had 43 playlists with most of the same songs on them with different quirky titles so i ghosted him,' the comment reads.
And 'Veronique' shared that this is how she 'found out [her] ex was dating someone new.
Regina Ticoalu, an 18-year-old college student in Colorado, told The Wall Street Journal that she uses the trick to get closer to friends and learn more about acquaintances.
However, she admitted using it to 'check on people no longer in her life.'
She told WSJ that she used the feature to look up her ex-boyfriend's account in November.
She saw he was listening to 'Glimpse of Us' by Joji, a song about starting to date again after a relationship ended.
And because the two recently went their separate ways, Ticoalu is sure the song is about her.

The Friend Activity was added to Spotify in 2015, but has recently gained traction a people looking to take a deeper look into someone's life.
Spotify snooping gives you a window into how someone may feel or even what they are doing. But it is not available in the mobile app
There's no Friend Activity view on mobile devices, though the music you play on mobile is shared.
However, you can turn off your activity in the app.
To deactivate the feature in the app, go to Home, tap settings and you can toggle the option to off under Privacy & Social for iOS and just Social for Android.
