Grants Pass Police Department says a woman was arrested Thursday evening for hindering the prosecution of wanted attempted murder suspect Benjamin Obadiah Foster.
According to police, 68-year-old Tina Marie Jones of Wolf Creek was arrested and booked into Josephine County Jail.
Police also confirmed Foster's 2008 Nissan Sentra was seized at a hidden location away from Jones's home.
Investigators say the suspect is actively using online dating apps to contact people who may be lured into helping with his escape. Police also say he could be on the search for additional victims.
According to police, the relationship between Foster and Jones is unknown at this time. Officers believe someone else helped him get away.
GPPD has established a Tip Line and is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to Foster's arrest and prosecution. There is now a nationwide warrant for Foster's arrest.
Anyone with information is asked to call 541-237-5607.
If you see Foster, do not approach him and immediately call 911.
